Shipping

Paintings are sent unframed, flat between stiff board in a sealed protective sleeve, with tracking.

• Portugal: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Orders are usually posted within 3 working days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and additional paintings in the same order ship for a small extra charge.

Buyers outside the EU may have to pay import duties or taxes on delivery.

Returns

If you're not happy with a painting, let me know within 14 days of delivery and return it in its original packaging, in the same condition. I'll refund the painting price once it arrives back with me. Return postage is paid by the buyer.

If a painting arrives damaged, please send a photo of it and the packaging within 48 hours, and I'll arrange a refund or replacement where possible.
